Seeking a professional to join Chase Bank Team as a Customer Experience Associate. This role involves delivering exceptional service by performing various customer transactions, identifying needs, and offering suitable banking solutions. Candidates must be confident in handling financial processes and focused on improving the customer journey.

Responsibility

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately Advise customers on tailored banking solutions Maintain confidentiality and use discretion in sensitive matters Escalate non-standard situations when needed Meet business goals through timely execution of banking processes Support a positive and diverse work environment Promote teamwork and operational efficiency Suggest improvements to enhance service delivery

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree is an asset. 1+ year of customer service or financial services experience preferred. Strong time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. Excellent communication skills—verbal and written. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
