A reliable and detail-focused individual is needed for a fully remote, part-time role in Books – Shipping & Sales. This position involves receiving book shipments at a home location, recording inventory, taking clear photos, repackaging the books, and shipping them out to partner companies or preparing them for resale. This is a hands-on role that requires organization, efficiency, and the ability to work independently. The position suits someone with basic storage space, comfort with light physical tasks, and attention to detail in documentation and presentation. Weekend shifts are optional and paid at a higher bonus rate.

Responsibility

• Receiving and unpacking incoming book shipments at the remote location. Taking inventory of all items, including condition checks, titles, and quantities. Capturing high-quality photos of books for resale listings or records. Repackaging books safely and professionally for outbound shipping. Shipping books to designated companies or resale points based on instructions. Maintaining digital records of received, processed, and shipped items. Following packaging, labeling, and shipping guidelines provided by the company

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, shipping, or e-commerce handling is preferred. Comfortable receiving and storing shipments at a personal address. Basic photography skills using a smartphone or digital camera. Familiar with spreadsheets or basic inventory software. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes. Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision. Access to a printer, shipping supplies, and a reliable internet connection.

Compensation
Annual Salary $20,000 – $28,000 USD based on part-time hours
Hourly Rate (Weekdays): $18.00 – $22.00 USD Hourly Rate (Weekends): $38.00 – $42.00 USD (includes $20 bonus)
