Job Description We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer to join our growing team in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will create, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive customer engagement. You’ll work both remotely and onsite, balancing creative strategy with performance analytics to support the company’s online presence and revenue goals. You will manage multiple digital channels, including SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing. You’ll also collaborate closely with designers, sales teams, and developers to align campaigns with business objectives. Responsibility

  • You will design and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. You will optimize campaigns for performance, including click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS). You will perform keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies. You will manage social media channels and create engaging content to boost community interaction and follower growth. You will monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign results using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot. You will design and track email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo. You will run A/B tests and adjust strategies based on measurable outcomes and trends. You will stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes..

Qualifications

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus. You have 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience. You have proven experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms. You are proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar. You understand audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategy. You have strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills. You are analytical, creative, and comfortable working in a hybrid team environment. Compensation
Annual Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 USD
Hourly Rate: $28.00 – $38.00 USD
