Job description

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Design Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. In this role, the Visual Design Associate will be responsible for creating visually engaging and effective designs for a variety of digital projects. This includes working on brand assets, marketing materials, website design, social media graphics, and other design elements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics, as well as proficiency in design software.

Responsibility

• Design and create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and websites. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to translate concepts into engaging visual designs. Assist in the design and layout of website elements, banners, and promotional materials. Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design projects. Work on a variety of design tasks including infographics, logos, website elements, and promotional materials. Optimize images for different platforms and ensure designs are user-friendly. Take feedback from stakeholders and make revisions as necessary to ensure design satisfaction. Ensure designs meet project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in visual design, graphic design, or a related field. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma). Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout. Experience designing for digital platforms (websites, social media, email). Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
